A delegation from the United Faculty and Staff from UW Oshkosh did a quickly arranged food/household goods drive for striking UAW Local 291 workers at Cummins (the plant next door to Sage Hall). And a quartet of UFSO Executive Board members and union stewards brought the items to their union hall April 9, 2025 joining the picket to chat with its leaders and other members on the way.
UAW 291 is holding a solidarity rally this Saturday. Please consider bringing a donation of household products such as hygiene, paper products, nonperishable food, and baby essentials to the rally.
