We’ll gather by 10 am at the west end of Olin Park, near Lake Monona, head north on the Capital City Bike Trail to BB Clarke Beach, and then return together back to Olin Park. View the 6-mile route here.
We expect the ride will be finished by 12 or 12:30 pm.Even if you aren’t riding, we’d love to have you there to help cheer on the riders. There is no rain date for this event; if there is thunder or a strong storm the ride will be canceled for the safety of everyone.
Note that you can still donate to the ride by visiting the Madison Team Page and clicking the “Donate” button at the top right or bottom left. You can also donate in support of any of the 66 registered riders; go to the right side of that same Madison Team Page and scroll down to click on the name of the team member of your choice. Help us meet our NEW goal of $12,000!
AND…Even after the Sunday rides are finished, MECA’s Ride for Palestine fundraising platform will remain open until the end of August, so you can keep donating until then and help MECA achieve (or surpass) its very ambitious goal of raising $300,000 for their critical projects in Gaza.
