A free community dinner will be held on Thursday, November 27, from 1 – 4 pm at the Madison Labor Temple, 1602 S. Park street, room 109. There will be turkey and all of the fixings: greens & sweet potatoes, mac & cheese, lasagna, mashed potatoes & gravy, pumpkin & apple pies, and ice cream donated by the Chocolate Shoppe. This event is being hosted by Robert Pierce, who is a Black farmer, veteran, and runs the South Madison Farmers Market and Neighborhood Food Solutions.
