M4P is proud to highlight a partner organization – WiBOPM – for this latest volunteer spotlight. Our good friends at WiBOPM focus on a number of issues across the state: from supporting labor unions & Indigenous sovereignty, to fighting the billionaire’s agenda and hate groups, to standing with us in the international movement for Palestinian liberation. They are an independent organization funded entirely by poor and working people and have built a reputation of trust, dependability, and never being afraid to go head-to-head with any corporation or entity threatening the working class.
We have worked with WiBOPM on a number of direct actions to support Palestine and solidarity struggles. Most recently, Ric of WiBOPM led a corporate research class to help our community build foundational skills for campaigns like #DisarmDerco. We’ve been putting those skills to use and are building a stronger campaign as a result.
