As the year winds down, we’re taking a moment to say thank you. 
The Red Cup Rebellion doesn’t exist without you. Every picket line held, every post shared, and every choice to stand in solidarity helped make this fight what it is today.
This year, baristas led a historic nationwide unfair labor practice strike and kept it going with courage and determination. While the strike continues, together we’re shining a light on what Starbucks has become and why workers are demanding fair pay, stable hours, real protections, and an end to union busting. 
In a world where corporate greed so often comes before people, baristas chose to fight for their coworkers and their futures. You stood with them and helped show what’s possible when workers lead.
Because baristas and supporters showed up together, this movement grew louder and impossible to ignore, reaching far beyond Starbucks stores.
We’re proud of what baristas built this year, and we’re grateful you’ve been part of it.
As we head into the new year, know this: the strike continues, and we’re so glad you’re in it with us.
