Starting Tuesday, January 6, Just World Educational (JWE) will be co-presenting along with the Task Force for the Americas (TFA), the U.S. Peace Council (USPC), CODEPINK, Veterans For Peace, and the Nicaragua Solidarity Coalition, a super-timely webinar series, Venezuela in Washington’s Crosshairs: Breaking the Information Blockade.
The three webinars will be presented on January 6, 8, and 13 and will feature the views and analyses of nine stellar experts. All webinars are scheduled for 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern Time.
VFP Advisory Board member Marjorie Cohn is a featured analyst for the first webinar, “Why the U.S. Is Attacking Venezuela: Drugs, democracy, oil, or empire,” along with Venezuelan-Canadian sociologist María Páez Victor and Leonardo Flores of the Venezuela Solidarity Network. Roger Harris of TFA and USPC, and JWE’s Helena Cobban will be the moderators (see poster below).
