Peace Action Wisconsin will be honored at this program.
2:30 p.m. : March to Dr. King’s statue, featuring community reflections about Dr. King’s message. In case of bitter cold, there will be a car caravan to the statue.
Sponsored by the Martin Luther King, Jr. Justice Coalition, which includes over 35 local organizations committed to work in the nonviolent tradition of Dr. King.

This free, family-friendly event is open to everyone. Come participate in meaningful activities that honor Dr. King’s legacy of service.
Enjoy a warm meal provided by Lil Jamaica, open to all attendees. Roll up your sleeves and help assemble care packages that will support neighbors in need. Participate in thoughtful discussions focused on housing, healthcare, environmental justice, food security, and mentorship. There will be a fun, family-friendly area with kids’ crafts and activities so young attendees can join in the spirit of service, too!
