For this month’s volunteer meeting, we are hosting a teach-in with our siblings at Our Beautiful Struggle. The teach-in will cover our campaigns to ban deadly police exchanges between “Israel” & Milwaukee, the greater context & long history of U.S. police terror in our communities, and what we must do to stop it all NOW. We’ll also share how you can get involved in these campaigns!

We will have snacks available. We recognize this teach-in is happening during Ramadan and the event begins after iftar. Folks are welcome to join us after you’ve finished iftar.

Two weeks ago, Milwaukee turned out to express our disgust at MPD Chief Norman training in “Israel.” This training sets a dangerous precedent in Milwaukee and – coupled with all the existing police surveillance, PLUS all the “Israeli” tech MPD wants to acquire – lays the groundwork for even more deadly & fascist police violence in our city. We must organize to BAN ALL EXCHANGES of training, tech, and software between MPD & “Israel.”
Join us on February 19 to get involved and share your ideas. We look forward to continuing this fight together!
