DE-FLOCK MKE – JOIN US AT THE FIRE & POLICE COMMISSION MARCH 5 TO STOP THE SURVEILLANCE ABUSE!
We have been warning for months now that the trend of police officers abusing surveillance technology would come to light in Milwaukee, too. This week it was revealed that MPD Office Josue Ayala abused this technology to stalk a former romantic partner and associate. The presence of Flock cameras in our communities opens the door to abuse by the MPD and law enforcement agencies across the country – including ICE and other federal agencies.
Milwaukee4Palestine demands we DE-FLOCK MKE! Get the Flock Outta Here – it’s the only way to protect our communities civil rights & liberties in the face of growing fascism in every law enforcement agency, including the MPD. We are taking this demand to the Milwaukee Fire & Police Commission (FPC).

Organizers will be there to offer support, including with public comments.
We encourage everyone to give public comments at the FPC meeting. If you are unable to speak or to attend, please email a comment to the FPC at FPC@milwaukee.gov. We will have talking points available for folks to use to draft remarks – we are still developing those talking points and the email template for Common Council. We expect both to be posted to our bio by Sunday 3/1.
