Madison, April 18, 2026: Spring Into Artful Solidarity – “Potluck for People, Peace, & Planet!”

Join us on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 6:00 pm at James Reeb Unitarian Universalist Congregation for our monthly “Potluck for People, Peace, & Planet!”

As one of the featured events of Building Unity for Nonviolent Action’s “Spring Into Solidarity” campaign, we will be hosting an “Art Build” in preparation for May Day. The exact time and location for the Art Build will be put here soon, but the potluck with be at it’s normal time of 6:00 pm.

We warmly invite people of all ages to come and create art for what will likely be one of our nation’s biggest nonviolent protest events.

The goals for this gathering as well as all other BUG’s around Wisconsin include sharing fellowship, food, information about peace, justice, sustainability, and democracy opportunities, and exploring the possibilities of united action.

This will be a potluck gathering but if bringing a food item to share doesn’t work well for you for any reason, please come without bringing any food. There will be plenty. (We often have extra food so feel free to bring “to-go containers” to help excess food find a g good home.)
