Starbucks Workers & Labor & Community Supporters Solidarity Bring Management Back to the Bargaining Table

Last weekend, partners and allies showed up all across the country for the Day of Action β€” and this is exactly why it matters.

πŸ“£ Starbucks has agreed to resume contract negotiations. This happened because of every barista who organized, every ally who took action, every post shared, and every person who showed up.

After the longest ULP strike in Starbucks history, union baristas sent the company a reasonable list of solutions to the biggest issues we face every day in our stores. Turns out, they heard us.

In 2024, our union and Starbucks tentatively agreed to real improvements before the company broke their commitment. We’re not starting from zero. We’re finishing what we started. Our proposals include a new $17 minimum wage floor nationwide, three baristas on the floor at all times, expanded protections around scheduling, discipline, and safety, a fair dress code, and more. Read more about why and what we’re fighting for here.

There’s power in collective action. We have the momentum and here’s how we keep it going.

On March 28, No Kings rallies are happening across the country. People are already pouring into the streets to reject corporate power and billionaire control. We’re going to be right there with them β€” not just marching, but telling the story of what Starbucks workers are fighting for. Inviting people to make one simple commitment: stop buying Starbucks and delete the app until we have a contract.

Every conversation matters. Every person who walks away committed is one more signal to this company that the public is watching. That’s how we build the kind of pressure that wins.❌ Stop buying StarbucksπŸ“± Delete the appβŒπŸ‘‘ No kings. No billionaires running everything while workers get left behind.
