Election Day is April 7, 2026 – Wisconsin Information

Election Day is April 7

And Early Voting Has Begun

City of Milwaukee early vote sites, dates, and hours can be found here:   https://city.milwaukee.gov/earlyvoting

Voters in other suburban communities can go to their village hall during their work hours and vote early in person.

You can also vote absentee by mail. Time is of the essence and it is a little late to use this voting option, given the slowness of USPS.  But, you can request an absentee ballot on myvote.wi.gov through 5 PM on April 2. Your absentee ballot must be received by the clerk by 8 PM on April 7 (Election Day) when the polls close.  So if you are voting absentee by mail, return your ballot as soon as you receive it in the mail, making sure it is properly witnessed by a U.S. citizen over 18 years old.
