| After years of organizing and a historic strike, baristas presented a reasonable, fair contract that brought Starbucks back to the table. This progress happened because workers organized together and their communities had their backs. That means you. Now we need to keep the pressure up to actually win.Want to know how you can help baristas win their first contract? Join us for the Bargaining Update Call on Tuesday, April 14 at 8:30 pm ET / 5:30 pm PT. |
| RSVP Now! |
Every day, baristas deal with understaffing, unstable hours, and wages that aren’t enough to pay rent, let alone buy food. Starbucks wages start as low as $15.25/hr in 43 states, meaning baristas often rely on SNAP and Medicaid just to get by.
Here’s what we’re fighting to win:
- $17/hr starting wages for the lowest-paid baristas
- 3 workers on the floor, always
- More hours for current baristas
- 4% annual raises
- Health, safety, and non-discrimination protections
- No more union busting
A fair contract is within reach. But only if people like you keep showing up.
On the call, you’ll hear directly from baristas on where bargaining stands and how you can help push it over the finish line. We’ll also talk through our upcoming Day of Action.
The table is set. Let’s win this!
In solidarity,
Haley
