Madison, January 27, 2019: Teaching For Black Lives

Black Lives Matter At School Week of Action begins February 4, 2019. The Edgewood College School of Education invites you to a special event on Sunday, January 27, at 12:30 p.m. with Rethinking Schools editor Jesse Hagopian to discuss Teaching for Black Lives and the Black Lives Matter At School Week of Action. This event will be held Sunday, January 27, at 12:30 p.m. at Predolin Hall, Edgewood College (959 Edgewood College Dr, Madison, WI).

The discussion will be followed by networking, refreshments, and a workshop for teachers, students, parents, and community members to plan lessons and events that center around anti-racist education and affirm the lives of Black students.
