Dozens of poor and working people from Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine and other cities in Wisconsin came out to protest Paul Ryan today in Milwaukee. Many students and community members participated including union members from the SEIU, MGAA, the Steelworkers and the Electrical Workers participated. Others participating included the Secretary-Treasurer of the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO Stephanie Bloomingdale, members of the workers’ center Voces de la Frontera, WI Bail Out The People Movement, Citizen Action and many more. The demand: We need JOBS NOW not bank and corporate bailouts!!
