Defend Bill Ayers & Rethinking Schools Sat. Oct. 15

The Tea Party has set up a facebook page calling on its supporters to protest at the 25th anniversary celebration of Rethinking Schools this Saturday. The right-wing Tea Party also says its going to protest Bill Ayers who is the keynote speaker at the celebration. Both Mr. Ayers and the editors and writers at Rethinking Schools have dedicated their lives to equal, quality education and to enhancing community solidarity as opposed to the Tea Party’s racism, hatred and division. Rethinking Schools has asked its and Mr. Ayers supporters and community members to come out to say NO to the Tea Party and to support the people’s establishment the Stonefly and Riverwest.
