There will be a gathering today, Oct. 16 at the City Hall / Courthouse area (11 N. Jefferson) in Green Bay at 1 p.m. with a Speak-Out General Assembly at about 3 p.m. Bring your signs, banners and voices. Bail Out The People Not The Banks!
