Trial Date Of Dec. 6 Set For Pfeifer

Today Bryan G. Pfeifer, an organizer with WI BOPM, his attorney and allies attended a pre-trial hearing at the Milwaukee Municipal Court regarding a municipal citation issued for Pfeifer August 26. Pfeifer was cited for resisting/obstructing an officer while protesting Scott Walker August 26, 2011 at Messmer school in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee. Pfeifer is fighting the citation because they are bogus and are an attempt to put a chill against the progressive political movement. Pfeifer is also a journalist and was documenting the police harassment of protesters on August 26.
