The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is a far right think tank that writes “model legislation” to pitch to state legislators, all designed to benefit corporations and the 1% at the expense of the 99%…

Occupy Milwaukee won’t tolerate it any longer. Wednesday, February 29, we march on Caterpillar Global Mining and state assemblyman Mark Honadel to let them know that we are holding these corporations and politicians accountable for the actions of the organization they belong to and support, ALEC. An injury to one is an injury to all.

Join us in making signs and other creative items for shut down the corporations. bring yourself, your creativity, and if you have any supplies bring them also. useful items would be white fabric, fabric paints, acrylic paints, markers, empty gallon jugs,wooden dowels approx 4-6′ longs (approx 15), and of course, cardboard or poster board.
