Pre-rally festivities begin at state capitol 1:00 p.m.

Speakers at state capitol: 2:00 p.m.

Transportation will be available at 9:15 am, from Voces de la Frontera (1027 S. 5th Street) in Milwaukee.

Madison-area members can meet the Voces delegation at 12 pm, at the corners of State St. and N. Carroll Street.
