Occupiers and Occupy Supporters! After much deliberation, the Occupy Milwaukee General Assembly has decided to end the occupation of Garden Park for now and focus our collective energy on powerful actions for the Spring and Summer. We have many great events planned and hope to continue to push the limits.
Come celebrate one of the longest running occupations in the country and help us build for more rad actions this spring.
There will be a potluck and music! Bring a dish to pass!
Schedule:
10am – park cleanup and reseeding.
1pm – Teepee removing ceremony – Bring your instruments!
2pm-4pm – Cookout/potluck and Group Discussion
5pm – General Assembly/Tasks
