Oshkosh: Justice for Mike Brown Grand Jury Announcement March

The day the Grand Jury Announcement is made, we will gather at the Sun Dial in Oshkosh at 4 pm (assuming the announcement is made at 3 pm), or one hour after the announcement is made.

We will gather to show that even here in small town Oshkosh, WI, we are tired of the police getting away with murder across the country. We are tired of our youth, black and white, being shot and killed without reason. We are tired of our police becoming militarized. We are tired of the increasing police brutality that we see across this country every day. And we will stand in solidarity with millions across the country at the same time to say we have had enough.

If Darren Wilson is not indicted, we will gather, then take the march to the street. We WILL shut down traffic, we WILL block intersections. It is civil disobediance, and in the United States of America, we have the constitutional right to do so.

Police intimidation and police brutality and violence will NOT be tolerated at this event.
