Workers in Poland are organizing at Amazon warehouses. Amazon is using Manpower Group as a staffing agency. Manpower Group is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, so we’re going to deliver the Polish workers demands directly to the Manpower global headquarters!
We will meet at Fuel Cafe at 11am on Friday the 16th and caravan to Manpower Group United States at 100 Manpower Place, Milwaukee Wisconsin, 53212. It’s right off Water Street. The plan is to deliver the demands at Noon.
Manpower is hurting workers abroad, so it is our responsibility to hold them accountable here. We also seek to draw attention to the negative impact temp agencies have on workers here in Milwaukee. Companies keep their workforce in a precarious position in order to prevent unionization, allow for low wages, and avoid providing benefits.
