Update: The Olson family eviction is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17. The Olson family paid $87,000 into an escrow fund while they attempted to modify the mortgage with Bank of America. Bank of America failed to modify the mortgage. The judge agreed to the bank’s demands that the Olsons be evicted and that the bank be rewarded with the $87,000 in the escrow fund.
On Monday and Tuesday, June 15 and 16, please call Bank of America at 706-386-5687 and demand that the eviction of the Olson family be stopped. Also, demand the Bank of America modify the mortgage and return the home to the Olsons.
