Cesar De Leon’s family reports that he’s been badly beaten, can’t move his arm, and that guards are restricting his mail. Correctional officers have also reportedly said “Now you’ll really see what we can do to you.” He needs more people calling to show there’s awareness of his situation and support, that people are still watching.
