It’s time to FIGHT.

The Senate is about to hold hearings on Donald Trump’s pick for Secretary of Labor – one of the WORST fast-food CEO’s, Andy Puzder of Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr.

I work at Hardee’s under Puzder. I know first-hand – we MUST fight his nomination.

I’m paid far too little to live – just $7.35 per hour – and see health and safety violations all over the place at my restaurant.

Now Trump wants to put Puzder in charge of enforcing these very laws that he broke as CEO. We won’t, we can’t, back down.

Tell your Senators: NO WAY!

Sign our petition calling on the Senate to vote “NO” on Andy Puzder’s confirmation. We need a Labor Secretary who can speak for US – not for mega-rich CEOs.

On Thursday, we’re taking this fight straight to Puzder’s door – with protests at Carl’s Jr, Hardee’s and other restaurants he runs from coast-to-coast.

By picking Puzder, Donald Trump made it pretty clear – he’s not taking on the rigged economy. Instead, he wants to rig it up even more.

Well, we’re going to make sure he knows that if he wants to put a guy who makes more in a day than many of his employees make in a YEAR in charge of protecting workers, he’s on the wrong side of history.

We need $15 an hour and union rights – not a fast-food CEO who doesn’t believe in the minimum wage.

And we won’t back down.
