Hosted by Milwaukee Coalition Against Trump
UW-Milwaukee Student Union Room 191, 7-9 P.M.
Join the Peace Action WI End the Wars Committee and the Milwaukee Coalition Against Trump for a night of inspiration.
A panel of speakers will address the importance of linking struggles for justice and peace in the U.S. with those against U.S. wars and intervention around the world. They will be building on the tradition of Martin Luther King, Jr., who spoke against the U.S.’ three basic evils of poverty, racism, and militarism. The struggle against these evils is currently being carried by the Poor People’s Campaign led by Bishop Rev. William Barber.
This event is FREE and open to the public! More information on the event and speakers will be published shortly.
