Demand an End to Unite the Right
The National Park Service has given initial approval to an application from Jason Kessler to hold a “white civil rights rally” on Aug. 11 and 12. Meant as a second “Unite the Right” rally, one year after violent white supremacists gathered in Charlottesville, Va. The event was a blatant demonstration of absolute racism and white male terrorism, leading to the death of activist Heather Heyer.
We will not stand for this.
Call the National Park Service of DC’s permit office at 202-245-4715, and demand this violent, terrorist rally be shut down!
Hi, my name is_______. I’m calling to ask that the upcoming Unite the Right rally being held on Pennsylvania Ave have its access to the space revoked. Last year’s riot in Charlottesville was an explicit demonstration of racist terror and led to a woman’s violent death, there is no reason to let this event continue. Thank you.
