For the second segment, Allen is joined in the studio by Juancito Trucupey, a Madison-based Venezuelan musician. Juancito shares his experience as a Chavista living in Caracas and plays a song called “Pubelos tristes” by Otilio Galíndez.
On Saturday, February 9, there is a “U.S. hands off Venezuela” rally taking place at 12:00 PM at the State Street steps of the Wisconsin State Capitol building in Madison. All are invited.
