MPS Art Teachers Organizing to Win the Schools All Kids Deserve

Art Teachers are coming together November 19th at 5:30 to make a plan to fight for a more powerful art program in Milwaukee Public Schools. Our art program faces some challenges. Art teacher members of Milwaukee Teachers Education Association have formed a committee to bring workers together, identify issues, and formulate solutions. During this meeting we plan to review our survey results, identity some more issues, and organize working groups to begin piecing together proposed policy to strengthen our program. Join us; our collective power and organization can win more art for our students!
