Friends – Throughout this pandemic the Moratorium Now Coalition has kept working for justice and kept meeting on line every week. Since the mass uprisings against police terror erupted with the lynching of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery (and others) many of our members have been breaking isolation EVERY DAY to join the Detroit protests. We have raised our banners, printed leaflets, provided our sound system and distributed many printed signs.
We know not everyone can come out into the streets. But you can help us with the costs that are mounting up. Think of this email as me passing the plate at our meeting and make a donation.
