Talk about a bunch of school yard bullies! Wisconsin Republican legislators sent this shameful letter to several school superintendents attempting to intimidate them into opening schools to in-person learning. The letter threatens to divert even more public funding from the state’s grossly underfunded public schools to unaccountable third party private operators. The letter also targets districts that made the prudent choice to start with full virtual learning by suggesting the educators in these districts be physically forced to run those virtual lessons from school buildings.
