Many of you have stood in solidarity with workers at Colectivo through various actions and reverse boycotts over the past year. At the end of the summer workers at Colectivo Coffee voted to form a union.
The workers won even though management dragged out the process and dumped tons of money into union busting attorneys. It’s no surprise that now Colectivo Coffee has refused to negotiate. This is unacceptable.
We need you to take action to support Colectivo Workers:
Stand in solidarity with Colectivo Workers at a rally on Wednesday, January 12th at 9am.
Meet at Colectivo headquarters at 2999 N Humboldt Blvd by 9:00 a.m. for a rally and delivery of their petition to management. We need to send a strong message that the community stands together with union members- the time is now to stop playing games and negotiate. Sign the petition to support workers’ right to negotiation.
