We demand the repeal of Wisconsin State Statute 940.04 which bans abortion.
We are putting action towards this by releasing a petition that demands Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors to refuse prosecution of all medical providers who perform abortion services and also demands that they allow community members of Milwaukee County access to necessary treatments, medications, and contraceptives in coordination with their medical provider.
