#solidarity with AFSCME, Local 60‘s custodial and maintenance workers in their fight for inclusion in the $5/hr wage increase provided to all other Madison Schools – MMSD hourly employees.
These workers are responsible for keeping our schools and clean, safe, and well maintained, and they are already working short-staffed for wages below market value. They deserve to be treated equitably and with respect.
