DEFEND PALESTINE! Israel, with full U.S. support, is committing war crimes against the Palestinian people. This is a continuing genocidal war to expel Palestinians from their own land. Outrageously, US President Biden proclaimed, “We stand with Israel.” He promised billions in additional aid and deadly weapons for war on Palestine.
In any war, civilians and refugees must be granted full protection. Instead, Israel keeps Palestinians locked in the open-air prison of Gaza as they massacre them from above with US supplied bombs and missiles. Water, food and medicine are totally cut off. Millions of Palestinians are displaced. The Rafah crossing into Egypt has been bombed 4 times as humanitarian aid sits in trucks unable to be delivered. Israel’s bombing of Lebanon and Syria threatens wider war in the region.
In the West Bank villages are bombed and bulldozed and more than 10,000 Palestinians are being held hostage by Zionist forces. More than 4,000 Palestinian laborers have been grabbed as hostages in the past 2 weeks.
These are war crimes. These are the “shared values” that Biden and Netanyahu share.
The people of the world are outraged. Millions have taken to the streets globally, including here in the US, in the “belly of the beast.” The invincibility of Israel with it “Iron Dome” and of its US imperialist backer is being challenged and their weaknesses are exposed.
We must stay in the streets. We must organize our rallies again and again. The massive support for the Palestinian people is an indication of a new changing consciousness about Zionism, Israel and US imperialism. We must help build this into a mass movement that can stop the genocide against the Palestinian people.
