Tonight, UAW President Shawn Fain and Vice President Rich Boyer will detail the highlights of our tentative agreement with Stellantis.

Our historic agreement at Stellantis includes:
- 25% in base wage increases through April 2028 that will cumulatively raise the top wage by 33% compounded with estimated COLA to over $42 an hour.
- First time in over 15 years that we’ve increased the pension multiplier for our legacy members.
- More in base wage increases than Stellantis workers have received in the past 22 years.
- A raise of more than 165% over the life of the agreement for thousands of current full-time Supplemental Employees.
- Saving Belvidere, securing thousands of additional jobs, and winning the right to strike over plant closures and product & investment commitments so we can protect those gains.
