To date, workers at over 360 stores have voted to form a union. Meanwhile, Starbucks has responded with a brutal union-busting campaign involving more than 275 violations of federal labor law, including 35 firings. Thousands of Starbucks workers have had enough of the company’s bullying, threats, intimidation, firings, store closings, and refusal to bargain.
As you have done over the past several months, we are asking you again to stand with Starbucks workers on November 16, Red Cup Day, Starbucks’ busiest sales day of the year.
