Building Unity Gatherings (BUG’s) are events where people who are committed to peace, justice, sustainability, and democracy can come together, get to know each other, share information, and find ways to collaborate.

This BUG will be attended virtually via Zoom and it will also serve as our Winter Unity Summit.

As time permits we will explore and expand some of the proposed elements of our unity plan:

* Building Unit Gatherings
* The possibility of a Spring Democracy Tour of Community Forums across the state (We will make and announce our decision about this possibility at this Virtual Winter Summit)
* Our Calendar of Solidarity and Transformation (COST) – Ending the war on Palestine – NAACP Climate Summit in MKE on Feb. 24 – March 2 w/ PPC Assembly and March at State Capitol – Launch of the Spring Tour (hopefully on 3/15) – Earth Day Weekend (4/20-22) – Spring Festival and Unity Summit in Appleton (4/27) – May Day with Voces de La Frontera – Juneteenth Across Wisconsin! (6/19) MREA Energy Fair (6/21-6/23) – Building Unity on Rock Island (7/2 – 7/9) – Summer Summit (Date & Location TBD) – Peace Day (9/21) – Indigenous Peoples Day (10/14) – GOTV – Election Day Weekend Celebrations and our Fall Summit (Date & Location TBD)
