On Tuesday, February 20, Julian Assange faces his last UK High Court hearing. He may immediately be extradited to the US where he faces up to 175 years in prison for exposing US war crimes. Protests are being organized around the world. UNAC supports the defense of Assange and serves on the coordinating committee of the US defense committee. If Assange is extradited, we in the US will have the major responsibility to get him free.
