Water Walkers, Water Protectors and Allies for the People, are invited to join us for the Creation Water Walk 2024, which will take place on May 25-26-27, 2024. This year, we will begin further north, walking along the shore of Lake Michigan, to the mouth of the Kewaunee River.
This is an Indigenous-led Water Walk, following the teachings of the original Water Walker, Josephine Mandamin / Biidaasega-ba, and the Grand Chief of the Three Fires Midewiwin Lodge, Eddie Benton Sr. / Bawdwaywidun Banaise-ba. We continue to do our work, remembering their teachings with commitment and love. All who respect these teachings are welcome to join us.
It is important to remember that our work is for the Spirit. We do this for the Water,
and we focus on it.
