The Lecturers Employee Organization, AFT Local 6244, represents lecturers and LACs (librarians, archivists, and curators) on all three UM campuses. The university administration is currently offering much larger raises to the lecturers in Ann Arbor than those in Flint and Dearborn. Given the lack of progress at the table, the LEO Union Council has sent out a strike authorization vote to the membership.
