The LGBTQIA +community and allies are playing a major role protesting the current genocide in Gaza while we are simultaneously resisting national attacks against the trans community from coast to coast. This narrated slide show is based on decades of research, my own lived experience as a union organizer, primary documents and personal relationships with many of our forbears. This history is a manifestation of the essential class struggle and racial/ethnic solidarity upon which our movement is built
This did not happen overnight. How did we get here and what lessons can we learn to strengthen the entire labor movement?
