Manitowoc, March 12, 2026: No Nazis! No Hate! Rally & Community Gathering

Progressive Lakeshore People:

Nazis held a gathering at Fountain Park in Sheboygan on International Women’s Day March 8, 2026. They were also seen in Manitowoc the same day. It is reported that they were masked members of a neo nazi group called Patriot Front.

In response, Progressive Lakeshore People, are having a pop up protest of NO NAZIS NO HATE! in Manitowoc on Thursday, March 12, at Shipbuilders Park from 5 – 6 pm. Maritime Drive and 8th street. We need to take back our public spaces and let them know hate is not welcome here!

Following the protest we will be having a friends table gathering at K & C (Corner of south 10th and Hamilton) for stellar food, drinks and conversation!

Our neighbors are not invaders. We seek to learn about and understand all people here in Sheboygan and Manitowoc.

We strive for our communities to be safe for all people. Sheboygan County and Manitowoc County are homes to diverse communities with ancestors descended from indigenous tribes, Germany, Laos, Latin America, India, and more. This tapestry of people makes our counties, and Wisconsin, a beautiful place to live and attracts visitors from around the world. We share our stories, food, culture, and celebrations from St. Patrick’s Day to Hmong New Year to quinceañeras. Anyone wanting to be part of a community that values inclusivity is welcome here.
