On Tuesday we will be protesting for the black lives lost from police brutality. This is a Peaceful Protest and those who want to speak are free to speak. Bring your signs, bring your spirit, and bring your love. Be ready to livestream on social media and spread the word. We will be updating on a location in the next day or so and/or a marching route. If you would like to donate, please donate to the Milwaukee Freedom Bail Fund https://fundrazr.com/campaigns/01fak7 or bring water/face masks/supplies for donations. Please wear a mask!

Join us for a peaceful protest throughout the North Shore as we fight for Justice for George Floyd and the end of police brutality.

We will meet at Atwater Park at 1 PM. The route is posted in the event page. We will begin by going north on Lake Drive. This is almost a 7-mile walk. Bring comfortable clothes, good shoes, water, and food. Of course, bring signs and wear masks.
Be ready to live stream, take photos and video and share on all social medias.

Hi all! I just got back from protesting for 7 hours Downtown Milwaukee! I am very excited for Saturday.
A few updates:
1. We are organizing a list of students, local activists, community faith leaders and more to make statements before the protest begins. We will gather at 1 PM at Atwater and get supplies together. At 1:20 PM, we will begin remarks. At 1:40 PM, we will try to begin the protest.
2. We are looking for megaphones. If you have one, private message me.
3. So many people have reached out and asked how they can help. The best way right now is to share this event with your friends! Also, you can bring food, water, and first aid supplies to Atwater Park or drop them off at any main intersection/turn we will be taking along the route.
4. MASKS: Please, please, please wear a mask to the protest! In addition, we are looking for people who have extra masks that they can hand out to people who do not have one or forgot theirs.
5. I have talked to the organizers of the protest beginning south of us and in WFB. Out plan is to merge with both of the groups at some point. I cannot provide specific about where or when we will be merging because I truly do not know.

Brown Deer, June 6, 2020: Walk with Us to Demand Justice for George Floyd
Brown Deer High School, 8060 N 60th Street, Brown Deer, WI
We are marching in solidarity and in honor of George Floyd.
We will be marching from the school parking lot to the Brown Deer Police Department and loop back to the school.
We will supply masks, hand sanitizer, and we will have poster board and markers if you would like to make a sign. We will be there a half an hour before we march so you have time to make a sign.
6:00-6:30: Sign making
6:30-8:30: March
When we arrive at the BD police station, we will have 9 minutes of silence before we march back.
8:30-9:00: Meet back at the school

Milwaukee’s next peaceful protest is being held on June 3rd, 2020 starting at Humboldt Park.
Gathering and Supply Donation: 2pm
Walking of the protest: 3pm
The route will be determined by what is safest for the group as a whole taking into consideration all parties involved.
*REMINDER* We advise for your safety and everyones safety you wear a mask during this protest. We also reccomend goggles just in case, as well as any other neccesities you feel you may need as the walk will be lengthy.
