We are a part of the national Bail Out The People movement which formed in 2008 to fight against the bailouts to the banks. Since then we have been in numerous fights against poverty, racism and war. We demand that the people be bailed out not the banks, a moratorium on all foreclosures, a federal jobs program now and other demands. We have been participating in the Wisconsin people's uprising, Bloombergville in NYC and numerous other people's actions.

The Step by Step Collective is a group of social workers and organizers working to establish Milwaukee’s first overnight drop-in center, a temporary safe space for people who cannot access shelter through Milwaukee’s Emergency Shelter system. Step by Step will create a self-sustaining, community-powered solution. Your support is vital to the success of this project. Join us for a night of music and community building and help raise funds to build a healthier Milwaukee.

Al-Awda, The Palestinian Right to Return Coalition and the ANSWER Coalition are co-sponsoring the National March to Support Palestine and Protest AIPAC. We are expecting hundreds of organizations and individual leaders to endorse this activity and join the effort!

12 Noon: Assemble at the White House
1pm-5pm: March to the Washington, D.C. Convention Center

On March 20, 2016 we aren’t just protesting AIPAC but we are being direct about supporting Palestine hence the theme! We are asking people from all over The United States of America to come support justice for Palestine by standing against AIPAC which will be convening in DC on this day! We cannot continue to let AIPAC (which advocates for an illegal foreign entity not on US soil) dicatate our American foreign policy.

People’s Power Assembly Demands Reparations for Flint, Make GM Pay! / Stop Privatization of Public Services! End Environmental Racism!

On Feb. 21, 2016 in NYC, on the anniversary of the murder of Malcolm X, the People’s Power Assembly held a rally in Solidarity With Flint demanding an end to the privatization of water and other public services and environmental racism. Black Lives Matter and other labor and community activists joined the protest.
