Dominique Heaggan-Brown, the former Milwaukee police officer who fatally shot Sylville Smith during an August 2016 foot chase, was found not guilty of first-degree reckless homicide on Wednesday, June 21. A community gathering with the family will take place at 6 p.m. June 21 at Sherman Park in Milwaukee.
