Stop FBI Repression against Carlos Montes!

Prominent Chicano activist and immigration rights leader, Carlos Montes, is the latest target in the FBI’s campaign of repression against solidarity and justice activists. On May 17, the FBI battered down Carlos’ door and took hundreds of files, photographs, and documents from his home. The charges leveled against Carlos Montes and the other activists are unfounded, and are an attempt to criminalize dissent in the US.
The Milwaukee community will be organizing in connection with a national day of action against FBI harassment and in support of Carlos Montes. The protest will be held at 5 p.m. outside the federal courthouse. The Bail Out The People Movement calls on all milwaukee activists to stand with Carlos Montes against FBI repression. Solidarity is not a crime!
