Dr. Debora B. Wisneski, UWM Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education in the School of Education discusses her role as scholar and activist as she leads UWM’s Join Me on the Bridge campaign in celebration of International Women’s Day. Time will be dedicated during the workshop to create banners and gain signatures in support of International Women’s Day. The workshop will conclude at 2:30pm on the bridge over Maryland Avenue for our participation in Join Me on the Bridge, a global action for world peace event. Sponsored by the UWM Women’s Resource Center.
