Urban Day School, chartered by UWM, is paying people $100 per child if they have that student enroll and show up to school on September 19, the day the state counts students to see how much money each privately-run charter school should receive.
We’ll meet at 4:30 outside Enderis Hall on the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee campus. UWM is in session so arrive early to park, but there is a park and ride lot at Humboldt Blvd and Capitol Drive that has buses that depart every 10 minutes with a stop in front of Enderis Hall.
